A minimum of 1 year of coaching experience in Padel or 3 years of coaching experience in Tennis.
Active participation in Padel for at least 5 years or Tennis for at least 10 years.
Previous experience receiving coaching from a certified instructor in Tennis or Padel.
Participation in competitive-level tournaments.
Possession of an L1 Coach Certification in either Padel or Tennis is advantageous.
